How long did/has your samsung digital camera last/lasted?

I have an ES55 samsung camera which is refusing to turn on. Anyone else had any problems with their products? This is my first samsung product and so far I am not impressd with the quality. Previously I had a ACER camera which lasted 4 years whereas this one lasted 9 months.

I have a number of Samsung products that have lasted without any problems...



but I think everyone is different because we all use them differently e.g. amount, dropping them.. like Apple ipods say they are only meant to last 2years. I use mine pretty much 24/7 I had it about 4- 5 years and it has had problems but I've been able to fix it and my uncle has had his 8years or so and had no problems.. so it all depends... one of the best products out there is LG in my opinion we have had an LG TV for about 20years and it still runs now with out any problems..How long did/has your samsung digital camera last/lasted?Mine lasted about a year to a year and a half and then it got outdated so I'm going to get another. Depending on your warranty, you may be able to get a replacement. I had to call them one time and the customer service was great. Hope this helps!!! I have owned 3 Samsung products, aTV, a monitor, and a camera. All were JUNK! Samsung has no quality, they instead spend the money on advertising. I have a Samsung wb550 camera.

To be honest i can not fault it.I bought it over 12 months ago and taken some superb photos with it and its still working ok
hey ever brand has a lemon or two.

wondering though if you loved your Acer why didn't you buy another one?
