Also, if your family celebrates it, Christmas is coming up, so perhaps you could work that into conversation with your parents and let them know that you want that phone. I wouldn't recommend breaking your current phone as "Xbox Sp" suggested, as they may not buy you a new one, and they may also believe you to be too irresponsible, or worst of all, they may make you pay them back for it!
