How do you download pictures off a Samsung Genio Qwerty?

Ok so i got the samsung Genio qwerty and i have been wanting to download my pictures onto my laptop. The only trouble is, is that it didnt come with a computer adapter. I asked my friend who has the samsung genio touch and she said she didnt have a computer adapter either. Is there another way i could download them? Please leave suggestions.
