Why is the LG env Touch and Samsung Rogue not considered smart phones?

I am planning to get a new phone by verizon and I am leaning towards the LG env touch, Samsung Rogue, and the BB tour. I was just wondering what makes the BB tour a smart phone and why these other two are not considered smart phones.Why is the LG env Touch and Samsung Rogue not considered smart phones?Because they are more of everyday phones that emphasize the features of the phone like txting, games,and other fun things. Smart phones are more for business people, because those phones have things like microsoft office and corporate email.Why is the LG env Touch and Samsung Rogue not considered smart phones?okay

1 smrt phones

2 enhncd media devices

3 normal phone

normal cell phones have just plain no advanced features its jst a phone

enhanced media devices have similar features to smrt phones but rnt as good

smrt phones r the bst nd hav a full browser

well all i know is that u need a data plan for the rogue and not for the env touch so yeah.
