Where to get a really good cheap netbook from samsung?

I'm trying to get a new net book. I don't want it to be over $300 dollars. I want it to be from samsung because that seems to be the best brand. If there is any other better brand please suggest it to me. I need a place to get a new one. I've checked office depot, walmart, kmart, sears, and a few more. Samsung isn't the best for netbooks - HP and Sony are tops. However, if cost is an issue, http://onlynetbooks.com makes a low-cost mini netbook. They're just $99 if you can believe it, and they sell almost exclusively to college students (who buy for the affordability as well as the small and lightweight mini netbooks).
