What is the insurance phone for the Samsung Glyde?

I have a Samsung Glyde through verizon and it is starting to act up and things. I need A new one but wanted to know if verizon had the glyde still and if not what phone i would be recieving to take its place. Thank You for your help.What is the insurance phone for the Samsung Glyde?It will be replaced with a refurbished phone of the same model.
