The Samsung Omnia a good phone in the touch screen market today ?

I was planning to get the samsung omnia for christmas. I was just wondering if the sound from the mp3 any good quality and does the battery has a sufficent time to play with ? Any comments please tell me :D. And don't say go get an iphone or w/e not interested. The Samsung Omnia a good phone in the touch screen market today ?I'm getting excited about the Omnia as well. A few things: First, it doesn't have a regular ol' 3.5MM headphone jack (like an iPod or regular Mp3 player would). It comes with a small adapter. Not the worst thing in the world i guess.

Also, a lot of reviews on this site ( http://www.phonearena.com/htmls/Samsung-鈥?/a> ), mention that the battery isn't that great. One review said "Hey, the battery isn't great, but this thing is like a great mini-computer, as opposed to a phone".

I have played with it in the stores, and the web browser ( from Opera ) is great, and the interface is much better than the LG Dare and Blackberry Storm.

The Samsung Omnia a good phone in the touch screen market today ?If you are using the speaker from Omnia, I work like a phone should. If you are using the headphone, it sound better. But it come with it own jack that none other headphone or charger can fix in.

With their new firmware, it has a better power management. Has a long working hour compare to last firmware.
