How to fix loose charging port on samsung exclaim?

I have a samsung exclaim. My charger port is loose so the phone wont work. I need a step by step guide on how to do this. Phone Model: SPH M550. Any help is greatly appreciated.How to fix loose charging port on samsung exclaim?Mine did the SAME thing there is no way to fix it my suggestion is order a separate battery charger that chargers the battery outside the phone. its great if you even have a back-up battery.
