How to answer the call waiting on the samsung eternity?

Every time I'm talking with my samsung eternity and the call waiting pops up, but when I answer it it always says "Hold faild". Am I doing something wrong?How to answer the call waiting on the samsung eternity?when a call is coming in you should be able to press the green phone button at the bottom of your phone and it should click over. if not make sure your call waiting is activated on the phone.
