Hi guys! Well, I took tons of pictures tonight on my Samsung Gravity, and I want them on my computer, but it is so much work sending each one to my email. So, I have my phone plugged in to my computer, but it isn't doing anything. I have a Mac. Thank you so much! How do I upload my pictures I took on my Samsung Gravity to my Mac computer?well, haven't had a lot of luck with samsung and mac....at least when it comes to my Alias 2. you can try apple's built in isync if your phone is on their supported list. You can also try a program called Bitpim. Have you tried only using the cable or have you tried via bluetooth? In any case, you may need a software interface. Try the ones I mentioned, but also check Samsung to see if they have an interface that will work with mac. If you use blue tooth, you have to turn on bluetooth on your mac as well as your phone, put your phone in 'discovery mode' and use the pref. pane for bluetooth under system preferences to find and sync up your phone to your mac. All this, assuming they will even talk to each other at all.
If all else fails, and your phone has a slot for a mini-sd card..get one! that's what I do. You move all your pictures to that, or just choose the card to store the images in the first place. Get a card reader, you can find them for under $10, and connect it to your USB port to read the card (the mini SD cards come with a full sized SD 'adapter'). Then just drag the pictures over when the card mounts on your desktop.
