How do I transfer my TeamLava games from iPod to Samsung Captivate?

I just got a Samsung Captivate and I play TeamLava games (Bakery Story, Farm Story, Restaurant Story, etc) on my iPod Touch. I got the apps on the Samsung, but I can't figure out how to transfer the progress from my iPod to the Captivate. Anyone know how to do this?
