I've been trying to add the pictures i've taken from my phone onto facebook but i dont know how to download them to the computer. When i put in the computer power plug it only lets me put in files from the computer. It says i need samsung Centre or something like that and when i download it i have no idea how it works or what to do. Alternatively, you could remove the memory card from your handset and use a card reader plugged in your PC's USB socket to download them directly onto your PC.
You need to install it first: you need to 'run' the programme, which usually means double clicking on whatever icon it shows for it. That software didn't work for me so that's what i had to do
