How do i fix the cracking sound on my Samsung LCD?

Recently, my samsung started having audio problems. There are cracking noises and the audio is shaky. It only happens when we watch non-cable though. When we switch it back to cable or the wii console, the audio works perfectly. Any ideas? Does it have to do with the cables, or the antenna? Either the audio cable is loose for that item or that item itself is not working right. Check the connection and see if it's coming loose.

If it was the tv's speakers, then it would sound bad with all the inputs.
