How can I upload my samsung genio touch photos to the computer?

I have a samsung genio touch. I have a usb cable. I downloaded Samsung Kies, but it's telling me that my device isn't compatible? Does anybody know what I have to download/ what I can do to get my photos onto my computer asap ? Anyway, there's several alternatives. Take out your memory card and put it in a card reader, then connect it to your Usb and drag the files off, or you can bluetooth the file directly to the computer using a bluetooth dongle, or even save the file to an attachment, using your phone and email account, then download it from your computer. If yo don't have a card reader or dongle, then the email method would certainly be the best for you.
