How can I Transfer Videos from my Samsung Verizon Phone to my Computer?

I have a samsung u-740 from verizon and there are a few videos that i wanted to transfer onto my computer. I want to know first if there is a way of doing this, and if so how do i do it? I have a couple full-length videos in "My Videos", ranging from 2:00 to 7:00 and i want to put them onto my computer. If anyone knows how i can go about doing this, i really need help.
