My touch screen does not work on my Samsung Impression. All I am trying to do is get my contacts and pictures out of it. There is a sensor under the touch screen the align with it. In order to have the touch screen work again you must push the sensor under the screen up from the bottom of the screen where it says samsung to realign. Hope this makes sense.

Oooh im so pissed. The same thing just happened to mine. How long have you had yours? I got mine in may and started noticing little glitches in it around November. Today the touchscreen just stopped working. I can't call people because I don't have the numbers memorized to dial. Crappy phone!
