My samsung reality is not sending any messages or letting me on the internet. Whats going on?

I have a Samsung Reality from Verizon Wireless and when I try to send messages I get the message "Message failed. Would you like to retry?" then I say yes and get the same message again 2-3 times. After that I get the message "Unable to send message". Ive tried shutting my phone off and turning it back on and Ive tried taking the battery out. Also it is not in airplane mode Ive checked that too. Is there anything I can do to fix this?My samsung reality is not sending any messages or letting me on the internet. Whats going on?contact verizon and tell them the problem.this is not a phone problem but a network problem so contact them.
