How to save picture messages on samsung galaxy prevail?

I got the samsung galaxy prevail last night and I can't seem to find a single way to save a picture from a picture message. If anyone can help me I would be like really happy. Thank you.How to save picture messages on samsung galaxy prevail?I just got the samsung prevail and I would guess you need to tap the far bottom left key. That will bring up some options on what you want to do. The other option is to tap and hold the pic and it will bring up options.
